A client relationship begins when the parties sign a written engagement.

3. Indicative fees

Displayed amounts are preliminary professional fees based on the answers supplied. VAT where applicable, third-party costs and government costs are separate. FINTRAC does not charge an MSB registration fee. Final scope and fees are confirmed after review.

4. Project outcomes

Registration, banking, commercial and regulatory outcomes depend on eligibility, documentation, third parties and government review. The agreed scope, responsibilities and project plan are confirmed in the written engagement.

5. Acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful, misleading, harmful or sensitive authentication material.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website content and branding belong to ICSP OÜ or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
