01 Operator and scope
These terms govern use of the MSB Desk website operated by ICSP OÜ, registry code 16454909, at Treiali tee 2-3, Peetri alevik, 75312 Rae vald, Harju maakond, Estonia.
02 Enquiries and professional engagement
Submitting an assessment, requesting an estimate or contacting MSB Desk does not by itself create a client relationship. A professional engagement begins only when the parties confirm the scope, responsibilities and commercial terms in writing.
03 Estimates, fees and third-party costs
Amounts displayed on the website are preliminary professional-fee estimates based on the information supplied. VAT where applicable, third-party costs and government, regulatory or supervisory charges are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Website prices are MSB Desk professional fees for the stated project scope. Final scope, third-party costs and fees are confirmed after review.
FINTRAC does not charge every MSB or FMSB a general annual fee. Under FINTRAC's assessment-of-expenses model, an MSB or FMSB may be charged when it submits 500 or more threshold transaction reports in a fiscal year. FINTRAC determines and invoices any applicable amount; it is not included in MSB Desk professional fees.
The €49 manual document-readiness review is paid by bank transfer before work starts. Its 48-hour delivery period begins only after MSB Desk has confirmed both payment and receipt of the complete document set. Additional drafting, corrective work or a broader registration project is outside that fixed scope unless agreed separately.
04 Project scope and outcomes
Registration, banking, commercial and regulatory outcomes depend on eligibility, complete and accurate documentation, third-party decisions and government review. The agreed deliverables, responsibilities and project plan are defined in the written engagement.
A document-readiness review identifies apparent gaps, inconsistencies and points requiring attention in the files supplied. It is not legal advice, a regulator decision or a guarantee of FINTRAC registration, licensing, banking, payment-provider or operational approval. FINTRAC and other authorities or providers make their own decisions and may request further information.
05 Information you provide
You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied through the website is accurate, current and lawfully provided. Sensitive authentication data and identity documents must not be submitted through the public assessment. Documents requested for a review must be uploaded only through the signed-in secure portal.
06 Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful material or use the service for unlawful, misleading or abusive purposes.
07 Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website content, methodology and branding belong to ICSP OÜ or its licensors. They may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without written permission.
