The 48-hour review period starts when both payment and the complete file are confirmed.

MSB Desk identifies apparent gaps, inconsistencies and likely follow-up points in the documents supplied. FINTRAC independently decides whether the legal registration requirements are met and may request more information. Registration is not a FINTRAC licence or endorsement.
